1. Overview

The Wiltshire Wink Prize Night is a monthly promotional campaign designed to encourage footfall in participating local pubs through a free prize draw. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and UK residents.

Employees or contractors of The Wiltshire Wink, its partners, or prize suppliers may not enter.

Entry is only valid if the entrant can attend a participating pub on the night of the draw.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free.

Participants can enter by:

Visiting our website and submitting their details via the official entry form.

Scanning a QR code from an official poster or flyer.

Being tagged by a friend on the official Facebook post and completing the online entry form.

Only one entry per person per draw is permitted.

4. The Draw

The draw will be held live on Facebook on the first Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise stated.

Entrants will be selected at random using automated software.

If your number is drawn, we will attempt to contact you via telephone (voice call).

5. Claiming the Prize

To win, the entrant must answer the phone within 5 rings and must be physically present in a participating pub at the time of the call.

If the call is unanswered, or if the participant is not in a listed participating venue, another entrant will be called.

The pub landlord or manager must confirm the winner's presence for the prize to be awarded.

6. Prizes

Cash prizes and bonus items will vary month to month and will be clearly stated in the promotional material.

The top prize will not exceed £250.

No cash alternative is available unless otherwise stated.

Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Data Protection

Only entrants’ contact information necessary for the draw will be retained, and only for the duration of the campaign.
